Diagnostic information
Diagnostic results are preliminary, based on submitted responses and are not a substitute for a formal organizational assessment. HODENA may analyze responses in aggregated or de-identified form to identify recurring capability and organizational themes.
Service providers and communication channels
HODENA may use hosting, database, email-form delivery and communication providers to operate the website and respond to requests. If you choose WhatsApp or another external service, that provider also processes information under its own terms and privacy practices.
Marketing choice
Submitting a diagnostic or service request allows HODENA to respond to that request. It does not by itself provide consent for unrelated marketing. Any future marketing preference should be requested separately.
Retention and protection
We retain information for as long as reasonably needed to provide the requested service, maintain appropriate business records, resolve issues and meet applicable obligations.
